Government Experience:
 Icon
Construction, Inc. provides the United States Government
with temporary and permanent modular buildings. Most
recently Icon was contracted to complete a 5 acre
site for a new Border Patrol station. The project
was a fast tract project with a 90 day delivery schedule.
The building is used to process individuals detained
by the Border Patrol as well as administration space
for the agents and support staff.
The scope of work consisted of Design/Build/Develop
the 5 acre site. Individual components include
site engineering, 3 acre asphalt parking lot, perimeter
security fence with motorized gates and site lighting.
Icon designed, provided the building, and installed
CCTV security system with magnetic locks at points
of entry/exit. Icon also designed and provided
the local area network and phone system as well
as designed and built a "sally port" for
transport of detained individuals in and out of
vehicles in a secure area. This project was a complete "turn
key" project from inception to completion.
